Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING FEES:

For shipments within Switzerland, shipping costs are free for orders over 100 CHF in PostPac Priority (except for exceptions indicated on the specific product).
All deliveries are made by post.
Shipping cost estimates can be made during your order under "shipping estimate" from your cart.
Please check your details carefully before confirming your order, as the cost of resending your package will be charged to you.

DELIVERY TIMES:

  • For shipments within Switzerland: Your order follows the normal preparation cycle by our shipping service, then it is delivered by post as normal or priority mail, according to your selection.

  • For shipments outside of Switzerland: Your order follows the normal preparation cycle by our shipping service, then it is delivered by post (on average 5 to 20 business days depending on the country).
Delivery times are always given as an indication. Their exceedance cannot justify the cancellation of your order without prior agreement from us.


RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS:

You have 15 days from the receipt of your order to send us your complaints by letter, email, or telephone.

Note: Any return of a product must be previously approved by us.
We will assign you a return number which must be indicated on the package, otherwise it will be refused upon receipt.

Returns must be made in their original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions, etc.), in perfect condition, accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
Incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, or soiled items by the customer will not be accepted.
In particular, for safety reasons, we never exchange or take back an aerial fabric; a kite that has flown; fire juggling equipment that has been used; or a gym ball that has been inflated even once.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Any return accepted by our customer service will result in the creation of a credit in the online store in favor of the buyer after a qualitative verification of the returned products.
Only the price of the returned products will be credited. Shipping and delivery costs will remain your responsibility.

Special case: If the initial amount of your order entitled you to free shipping, two cases may arise: (1) the value of the returned items drops the amount of your order below the free shipping threshold. We will credit you the value of the returned items, after deduction of the initially offered shipping costs. (2) the value of the returned items does not drop the amount of your order below the free shipping threshold. We will credit you the value of the returned items.

PARTIAL DELIVERY:

Unless explicitly requested by you or due to our stock status, orders are usually delivered complete.
If an item ordered is not available at the time of your order, we may be able to send your order in multiple packages.
